Every NBA career, ranked by era-adjusted z-scores summed across all of a player’s seasons. Switch to the Average lens for per-season greatness, toggle categories, or flip the basis, with the same instant re-rank as the season board.
Score: the sum of a season’s nine category z-scores (or just the categories you leave toggled on). The ranking number.
Z: standard deviations above the average player that same season, category by category. Era-fair: Bird ’86 is measured against 1986 peers and Steph ’16 against 2016, so the 3-point boom never buries an older era. Turnovers are inverted (fewer = better), and FG%/FT% are volume-weighted so a 2-for-2 cameo doesn’t out-shoot a starter.
Act: flips the stat strip to the raw numbers. Display only; the ranking always stays on z-scores, the era-fair measure.
Basis: Totals rewards durability (how roto standings actually accumulate); Per-game is the “most dominant per night” lens. Sum totals a whole career; Avg is per-season (longevity-neutral).
