Dalen Terry is the extreme version of a specialist. +2.0 of roto value came from turnovers, yet his career total is only -11.2. The peak came in 2024-25, -1.6, 303rd that season and 13714th of 24,555 player-seasons on record. The value came from turnovers (+2.0). It leaked back out through points (-2.5), three-pointers (-2.3) and rebounds (-2.3). Switching basis moves him 375 places, which is the whole argument about availability in a single figure.
