Maceo Baston
F · 4 seasons · 2002-03 – 2008-09
Maceo Baston is the extreme version of a specialist. +3.9 of roto value came from turnovers, yet his career total is only -14.2. His best year was 2006-07: -2.6 roto value, 296th that season and 15956th of 24,555 player-seasons on record. He banked roto value in turnovers (+3.9) and field-goal percentage (+1.1) and gave it back in steals (-3.9), points (-3.8) and rebounds (-3.6). The 551-place difference between his two bases is not noise: it is what he was worth per night set against how many nights he played.
