Ed Kalafat
C · 3 seasons · 1954-55 – 1956-57
One category carried Ed Kalafat and the rest pulled him back: +0.8 from rebounds, against a career total of -5.2. 1955-56 was the high-water mark, worth -0.6, 44th that season and 11541st of 24,555 player-seasons on record. On the credit side, rebounds (+0.8). On the debit side, field-goal percentage (-2.4), free-throw percentage (-2.1) and assists (-0.8). Switching basis moves him 199 places, which is the whole argument about availability in a single figure.
