Raymond Townsend
G · 3 seasons · 1978-79 – 1981-82
One category carried Raymond Townsend and the rest pulled him back: +2.9 from turnovers, against a career total of -11.0. The peak came in 1979-80, -3.2, 183rd that season and 17601st of 24,555 player-seasons on record. The value came from turnovers (+2.9). It leaked back out through rebounds (-2.9), points (-2.5) and blocks (-2.1). Switching basis moves him 224 places, which is the whole argument about availability in a single figure.
