Scoring: football is a points game, not categories. The lineup’s total ½PPR points is the team’s score, and the highest total wins the title.
A team can be Roto Champ without winning the real title: that gap is the whole fun.

The Pittsburgh Steelers won the 1979 Roto Champ with 1187.9 points, 51.4 ahead of the Cleveland Browns. Franco Harris led the way with 237.7 points, 20 percent of the lineup. The production is spread much as the rest of the league spread it, with no slot doing unusual work. Their flex spot went to a running back, Rocky Bleier. The title turned on receiver, where the Pittsburgh Steelers were 63.7 points better, more than the 51.4 between them overall.
